The 9th of April Brescia was the place to be.
I’m biased because I am part of the official Cars & Coffee family, but if you ask me the number one Supercar event in Europe is Cars & Coffee Brescia, the 2017 edition was the the 5th and by far the most insane edition so far. We left our hotel with a lot of the other supercars and made way for the “Corte Francesco”.
Slowly but surely the supercars made their way into the park to be lined up.
It was a surreal experience, the cars just kept coming, a clash of styles and cars but almost all of them worthy of the label “supercar”. There was something for everyone and I felt like a 5 year old boy unleashed in a candy store. It was hard to process the madness of the event. Just a quick shout out to some of my favorite cars at the event: Lamborghini Miura, Murciélago 40th Anniversary, Aventador SV Roadster, Diablo SV. From Ferrari too much to grasp but here’s a few: F40, Enzo, 599GTO, F12TDF, Laferrari, over a dozen Suderias and over a dozen 458 Speciales. Two Jaguar F-Type Project 7! The stunning Pagani Huayra Roadster and Zonda F and many many more. Words cannot describe it, but I hope these photos manage to give you an idea.
After the private event at Corte Francesco, the supercars made for the public event at garden park Sigurtà. There they were welcomed by over 20.000 enthusiasts.
Experiencing Cars & Coffee Brescia was inspiring and humbling at the same time. I’m curious what our Cars & Coffee event in Belgium will look like in three years. Feel free to come find out what the 2017 edition looks like the 21st of May in Kortrijk, Belgium.
